Peregrax MP
Peregrax MP greases are lithium-thickened greases with high dropping points. They are developed for use in most industrial and commercial applications, providing exceptional protection through tough film base stocks. These greases possess good water resistance with special anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion and oiliness properties.
Peregrax MP greases have excellent stability and are suitable for use at temperature of up to 120 °C for extended period of time. They are truly versatile, multi-purpose greases with a unique combination of benefits.
Peregrax MP greases pump well at low temperatures and maintain their consistency with minimal oil bleed during long-term storage.
Characteristics
- WATER RESISTANT: Offers good resistance to washout by water, making themsuitable for use in wet application. A truly multi-purpose lubricant.
- HIGH TEMPERATURE SERVICE: Outstanding high temperature wheel bearing performance. Protect against heat generated by the heavy brake loads of vehicle pulling trailers.
- SHEAR RESISTANT: Maintain their consistency because they do not thin out under high shear, where other greases may and cause premature wear or equipment failure.
- OXIDATION AND RUST INHIBITED: Fortified with rust and corrosion inhibitors for optimum protection.
Typical Applications
- Automotive: Recommended for automotive lubrication where, only one grease is required to cater for all applications. Suited for wheel bearing usage in vehicles equipped with conventional brakes, as well as with disc brakes. This includes lubrication of cars, buses, vans, trucks and farm equipment wheel bearings. Ball joints, chassis and U-joints could also be well served by these greases
- Industrial: For industrial applications where high temperature and water resistant greases are required. Typical applications include lubrication of slow to moderate speed plain and anti-friction bearings in industries such as mining, construction, concrete and cement, and many others
- Also used in industrial bearings and general purpose plant operations.
